PRESS
“Le test score: 9/10... It works!” by The Revue du Vin de France
Private Preserve prevents oxidation of wine by using the inert gas used by vintners. Composed of nitrogen (N2), carbon dioxide (CO2) and argon (AR), all benign, non-flammable, tasteless and medical quality.
Private Preserve protects wine-sherry-brandy-porto-sake- single malt scotch - and flavored oil and vinegar for days and even weeks. By gas insufflated in a bottle or decanter it forms a protective layer on the surface of the liquid, blocking contact with oxygen, thus preserving the taste and bouquet.

Wine Spectator Wine Bar, and Julia's
